Eligibility Process & Requirements

  • Once you've found and been hired for the career opportunity you're interested in, you will have been:

    • Background checked

    • Drug Tested

    • E-Verified

  • After those steps are complete, you are now eligible for training and certification!

How it Works

  • Phase 1 : Beginning your onboarding training which includes:

    • OSHA 10 Hour Training

    • RF Safety Awareness Training

    • Rigging, Material, and Handling Training

    • Blood Born Pathogen Training

    • Mobile Elevated Work Platform [MEWP] Training​

    • First Aid & CPR Training

  • Phase 2 : On the Job Training

    • Assignment to a Team Leader, Team and Project to begin learning daily on the job duties

  • Phase 3 : Certification Advancement​

    • Carrier Specific Certification

    • Competent Climber Certification

    • Tower Rescue Certification ​

    • National Wireless Safety Alliance Certification [NWSA]​​
