Position Overview

  • Values safety over and above all other considerations

  • Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints or construction problems

  • Assist the Project Manager to prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports or cost tracking reports

  • Work closely with the Project Manager to interpret and understand plans and contract terms and be able to execute scope of work accordingly

  • Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems

  • Take actions effectively to deal with the results of delays, inclement weather or emergencies at the construction site

  • Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, or other regulations and ensure contracted scope is completed

  • Direct and supervise all workers for assigned projects

Position: Integrator

  • Must be detail-oriented as the scope for the projects will include the following phases of work: engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start-up, including operational start-up requirements

  • Must have strong organizational, time management and prioritization abilities and construction experience with projects in cell phone tower industry is preferred

  • Must be a team player and possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written), supporting the onsite Project Manager and is also accountable for ensuring methodology and practices are consistent globally

Position: Journeyman Electrician

  • The Master Electrician is responsible for managing daily operations for all electrical work

  • Coordinates and budgets activities concerned with the electrical construction of cellular towers and/or upgrades

  • Participates in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling and implementation. 

  • Work with operations to plan, organize and direct activities concerned with all construction projects  

  • Confer with supervisors, foremen and Construction Managers to discuss such matters as work procedures, complaints and construction problems

  • Plan and schedule work activities to efficiently utilize all crew members and equipment assigned to you.

  • Responsible for crew profitability on the job and meeting schedule completion dates.

  • Responsible for the quality of workmanship and safety performed by the crew on the job site.

  • Perform installation of antennas, mounts, cable ladders, cable, etc.


  • Participate in new tower construction.

  • Mentor and train tower technicians to enhance the performance of the team.
