Adam Dailey

Adam started his wireless career in 2012, while earning his bachelor’s degree in project management construction. Being a full-time student and working a full-time job in a new industry helped mold him into a hardworking and eager professional.  Aside from his Project Management duties, Adam also gained knowledge by completing field RF testing and audits, helped troubleshoot civil construction issues, and assisted in field installations.  These pivotal experiences resulted in Adam gaining an in-depth understanding of the industry and cultivated his quality / accuracy when designing construction drawings.  Adam has further used his skills, knowledge and positive attitude to build and lead teams of Project Managers and Drafters, managing multiple DAS, Macro, Civil, Small Cell and Fiber Infrastructure projects. In his free time, Adam plays his drums, enjoys health and fitness, and listens to all types of rock music.  He enjoys doing anything outdoors with his daughter, wife and dog.
